We're looking forward to seeing you at Queen Victoria Market this year on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June - we guarantee to truffle you out more than last year! It's the biggest truffle party weekend outside Europe, and there are good reasons why - superb truffle tastes, fascinating demonstrations, great music and a fabulous day out!
We're expecting the first 2019 early season Manjimup truffles later this month and our Pop Up store will return to Queen Victoria Market, opening on 21 May. And of course our online store is there 24/7 for your fresh truffle or truffle produce order.
Our aim is to democratise the truffle and share its secrets. So we'll start this season by throwing a truffle masterclass gathering for Chefs at Philippe Restaurant with the season's first truffles on Monday 27 May. The 2019 Truffle Dining Program kicks off the following week on 4 June with a 6 course, Chinois style fusion menu at Yu Restaurant, Chadstone. Our season opening party follows at Stokehouse on 13 June - it's the best truffle party of the year! Other Dining Program dates are being confirmed, with lots of other Chefs and venues in the plan.
Our truffle hunt program starts on 2 June and runs right through winter until 1 September - there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy this bucket list experience.
